Once your order has been received a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please check the details of your order including the delivery address and a contact telephone number.

Delivery is normally made within 10 working days. Should we encounter any delays we will contact you.

Our standard delivery charge is £9.95 for mainland UK. In certain circumstances, for example excessive weight or if the item is bulky the delivery charge may be more, if this is the case we will contact you.

Prices are as quoted on our website excluding VAT.

Any damages must be signed for as such – courier companies will not consider claims for goods signed for as being in good condition. Damages must be reported to Jennifer David Lighting Ltd within 24 hours of delivery to keep us within the time frame of making a claim to our couriers. Under these circumstances only we will arrange collection of the damaged goods and delivery of the replacement goods at our expense.

If however you wish to return goods for any reason other than they are defective they must be in an unused condition and in their original undamaged packaging and if the goods are a stock line a 30% handling fee will be charged and the carriage for the return is at your expense.

Non stock items – goods specially ordered for you – are strictly non returnable.

For online and telephone orders we accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of ordering. Orders will be processed upon clearance of the funds.
